The will of William Coulter of Georgia mentions a slave girl named Nancy in item 3. Please feel free to post this in any way you feel would help. I was concerned about the caps, I will redo if you think I should. William Coulter was the G-G-Grandfather of my husband. I guess people just don't realize how much this kind of information could help someone.

I William Coulter Of The County And State Aforesaid Being Of Sound Disposing Mind And Memory And Desirous Of Settling My Worldly Estate While I Have Health And Strength To Do So Hereby Publish And Declare This My Last Will And Testament Hereby Revoking All Others By Me Made

William Coulter And John Coulter The Executors Of The Last Will And Testament Of William Coulter Late Of Said County Dec'd And Produced In Open Court William R Holloway And John W Holloway Two Of The Witnesses Of Said Will Who After Being Duly Sworn Depose And Say That They Saw The Said William Coulter The Testator Sign Seal And Declare And Publish The Instrument Now Presented As His Last Will And Testament Freely Voluntarily And Of His Own Accord And Without Any Compulsion Whatever Or Influence Whatever That At The Time Of The Execution Of The Said Will Said Testator William Coulter Was Of Sound And Disposing Mind And Memory That Deponents Signed The Said Will As Witnesses In The Presence Of Each Other And In The Presence Of The Other Witness William Holloway And That They Saw The Other Witness To Said Will Sign The Same In The Presence Of Said Testator And At His Special Instance And Request Sworn To In Open Court Feb 2nd 1863
