BURNETT, Margaret. "I , Margaret Burnett of the County of Hanover being sick but of sound mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.

I give and bequeath unto Tazewell Barker, Sally Barker, Elizabeth Barker, Emily Barker and Ira Barker my negro man Tom and his wife Milley and their children Suckey and Moses and also my young negro man Zack, with the future increase of the females of the said negores, to be equally divided among them respectively and their heirs forever.
... I give and bequeath to my niece Ann Hughes the widow of my nephew John Hughes dec'd my old negro woman, Tamer and forty dollars and also the tract of land whereon I now live to be valued by respectable gentlemen and accounted for as hereinafter expressed, to her and her heirs forever.
