with condition of payment of $300 in two payments for
better securing of sd bonds sd William KEY hath granted
unto John BOYD three tracts of land 299 acres on Turkey
Creek whereon William KEY now resides 300 acres granted
to Henry 200 acres granted to sd Henry KEY
... Also four Negroes JAMES, MOSES, ELSE, & SOOK unto John BOYD.
