State of North Carolina, Moore County - In the Name of God Amen. I Angus Blue being of sound and perfect mind and Memory blessed be God on this 28th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighteen. Make and publish this my last will and testament in Manner following, that is to say
First, I give and bequeath to my (Dear) beloved Grand Son John Blue one half of my Flock which consists of Horses, Cattle Hogs and Sheep together with one Half of my Household furniture and one Half of my land including My plantation..
Second I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Flory Blue the other Half of my Flock and Household furniture and one Half of my land together With all my negroes, Viz. SUCY, MIME, ISSAC during her lifetime and after her death Said Negroes to be Equally among my Grand Children, Viz. John Blue, Mary Blue, Isabella Blue, Christian Blue,, Florah Blue, Sarah Blue, Archibald Blue, Daniel Blue and Malcolm Blue.
Third I give and bequeath after my wife Florah's death the other half of my land and Plantation to the afore said John Blue and thereby Make and Ordain my Worthy friend John McgGregor and my Dear beloved John Blue executors of this my last will and testament In Witness whereof I the (undersigned?) Angus Blue have to this my last will and testament The hand and seal the day and Year above written.
Signed Sealed published and delivered by Said Angus Blue the teststor as his last Will and testament in the present of us who are present at the signing and sealing thereof
