A Deed of Manumission from Elizabeth Bell, therein emancipating a negro woman slave named LIBBY BANKET was this day produced in open Court, and acknowledged by sd Elizabeth Bell to be her act and a Deed for the purpose therein mentioned which is OR and thereupon It is ordered that the said LIBBY BANKET named in sd Deed be emancipated and set at liberty henceforth
