You're definitely on target with Joe's daughter's Caroline Grayson and Emily (Grayson) Rose! I understand my Joe Grayson's birth was abt. 1826. His parents were Venus and Jim Grayson.

Now, recently found something interesting...
Perhaps you can assist w/ clarification.
Dick Greyson's parents were Jim Grayson and Bettie Grayson. Dick and Joe had same father, but different mothers.

I certainly seen the names Peter Grayson and Gouge previously. Are they related to Mose Grayson or Addie Grayson?
