Some of my ancestors were owned by the Robert Katie and Watt Grayson who were Creek Indians. According to the book "George Washington Grayson " The Graysons lived among the Upper Creeks in Hillabee Town in Alabama. This would place my ancestors there. Therefore I would suggest reading books on Creek history they often mention clans and tribal towns of the Indian slave owners. If you know the names of the slave owners it is possible to also place your ancestors where the slave owner lived.
