I am searching for any Mosley of Native Ancestry. My g grandfather was Nathaniel Mosley b. abt 1830. He married Mary Polly Moore the daughter of John Moore. I am told that there was a Bridgeman in the Moore Family and that Nathaniel parents could be John or Henry Mosley married to a Rebecca Jones.

My family is very dark and claim to be Cherokee. Henry Mosley was said to be of the Black Mosleys?
Also I found a Bynum Kenniemore on some records listed as the father of a John Mosley. Any Info would be helpful. This family moved to Ky early 1800's from Tennessee and SC Martha Collins
