The only insecurity you will find in me is my fear of domination of my tribe by people who are not Cherokees, but claiming to be so. The history of the Cherokee people is filled with enough deprivation and oppression to make anyone insecure. You took our land, you took our oil, you took our water, you took our lives. Now you want to take our identity. Will you not leave us with anything for our posterity? ("YOU" is rhetorical).
