The Treaty was put in the court case in Creek nation but no ruling in that court case altho the judge did acknowledge the treaty and did state it was still in effect!!! No one will acknowledge the treaty!!It is my hope and prayer that all tribal towns in 1890-95 will get enrolled in the Nation..these towns did not become freedman towns until the people wanted their land...if you were a full blood they could not take your land but they could drop your blood quantom and take your land...every town had a Micco and was part of the Creek government..
