This is most interesting information!! Do you have any contacts from the Reeves family who could point out his burial site?
I would be interested particularly in knowing when he may be been relocated to Booker T. !! I often see that cemetery when driving info and out of Muskogee. There are several persons who would be most excited to learn this!! Do you know if there is a marker for Bass at Booker T?
Of course Old Agency Cemetery is also off Highway 69 but as you stated in your post it has gone into serious neglect and is abandoned.
