There is a Sam Colbert a Choctaw Indian who was a slave holder. Is he the same person? I'm also looking for Thomas Smith. Records show he was a Cherokee citizen. He had kids by Susan Parrash Oliver Etta and Della Smith. Susan's father name was Tom Paris? or Parrash?
