Before you run off check the Chickasaw Freedmen Rolls 1100-1000. I was recently extracting some information on them and came across a deceased slave Charley/Charlie FIELDS on Dawes Enrollment card # 1104 reverse (7RA49-73) Chickasaw Freedmen. He was the slave of a Billy FIELDS. As I stated he was on the Chickasaw Roll but his child on the front may have had their enrollment in the Chickasaw Tribe cancelled and transferred to the Choctaw Freedmen Roll (check it out).
