I am seeking information about the Owens family from or around Muskogee Oklahoma. Specifically I am seeking information on the following individuals:
Charles Owens married to Margaret or Mary. There son is Ray Kenneth Owens (my estranged dad). Ray was born around 1950 or 1951 supposedly in Muskogee. He spent some time in California while in the service (probably during the early 1970's) and would have been in the (Waterbury) Connecticut area around 1971-1973. They are rumored to be of Black Cherokee descent. Any info. on this family would be greatly appraciated. Thanks.
