Albert Banks was my great grandmother's father-in-law. She had a child by Albert Banks' son James Johnson. Albert Banks was a noncitizen of the Choctaw Nation. He had James Johnson with Caroline Brown who was a Choctaw Freedman.
There are some other Banks that I am aware of in Oklahoma. Sam Banks who had at least two children with my great great grandmother in the 1880's.He was a Choctaw Freedman and was owned by a Choctaw named Jim Colbert.
