There were several rolls upon which one can find the names of many of the African citizens of Indian Territory. The Kern Clifton Roll taken in the 1860's was one and the Wallace Roll taken much later in the Cherokee Nation both contain hundreds of names of Freedmen of that nation. The 1880 Roll of Authenticated Cherokee Freedmen also occurred prior to the Dawes Commission. You till occasionally see references to the Dunn Roll of Creek Freedmen.

I have not yet seen a reference to any roll called the "Executive Roll" but shall glady look for such a reference among the many texts and documents to which I have access. If I find a reference I shall post it here.
