Researching family Native American and African lineage. Has anyone (in their search) come across the following surnames: Shelley (Shelly) King Clemon McMillin (McMillan) Dennis or Armstrong? Family history states that my ancestors were part Creek and part Cherokee. The Shelley's (part Cherokee) were from Georgia. Everyone else lived in North or Central Alabama.
