Here are some sites that I think would be helpful if you are not near a Library that do not have census microfilm or a National Archive regional Office that has Census Schedules.
This site enables you to get the reel numbers and the film numbers before you get to the Archives. Then all you have to do is sign in for a reader and go directly to the file draw and pull your microfilm.

This site is the entire 1920 census schedule for Dewey County Oklahoma.

This site gives you Information on the Dawes Commission the Microfilms of Black Indians and Freedmen.
