In Response To: New Book Discusses Apartheid in Indian Country (Angela Y. Walton-Raji)

I have read Hannibal Johnson's book and I too commend it to participants in this forum. He provides an excellent and detailed legal history of this issue. He explains the law and court decisions in a way a non-lawyer can understand. His book also has rare breadth for treatments of this issue--covering the Freedmen of all five tribes as it does.
