But, well:

I (among others) need and want to know where to find information on
that particular piece of damning legislation...

And even before that:

As regards the 'pencilling out' of african/indigenous folk, that
also took place before, i. e., during the mass exodus of all indigenous related folk way back during the 1830's, etc.; though this is another era whereas all sorts of other black folk also would quickly associate the word 'racism' to the deeds/words of Uncle Sammy's present day cronies--uh--representatives--if they ever tried to resort to that sort of crap again!

Though--also-- these days--the real issues and problems more or less
are a bad reflection of the fact that some of today's tribal 'leaders' are awfully slow learners...
