Terry, I would like your comments in regards to the Choctaw Constitution, adopted in 1860, how do you see this new constitution declaring the Choctaw Nation as a free and INDEPENDENT nation, NOT inconsisent with the Constitution, treaties, and laws of the United States?

What is being done that is constitutional?

I see the word independent (sovereign) used in the nations today. Apparently, this means to them that they can do what they want. Being independent still has boundries.
