At this point I have to agree with Ronald. He gave me a choice of two Rachels, one age 39 and one age 21.

I chose census card #1341 (age 21) and I agree with Ronald, that Rachel was married to Scott Jacobs census card #129. Scott and Rachel had two children, John Jacobs and Osborn jacobs.

And, if the above be the case, Scott's parents were Sarah Jacobs and John Jacobs. John's (NOT the child mentioned above) mother was Hager Marshall and I am a descendant of Hager.

I will try to seek out the census to understand your point. But, what does the 1900 census say in detail?
