According to the 1900 Indian Territory in the Creek Nation census there is a Rachael Grayson listed twice the census is T623 roll 1853 ED 50 page 48B she is listed as Indian. On that census she is listed as Mother-in-Law. It states she was born in May 1861 she was 39 years old and a widow. She had three children and only one living in 1900.
In John Bert Campbells Abstract of Creek Freedmen Census Cards and Index she is on Creek Freedmen Census Card #1341 her enrollment No is #4820 as Rachael Jacobs. They enrolled on October 1898 at the Henryetta Post office in Indian Territory. Rachael's father was Britain Grayson and her mother was Jane Grayson (married name for Jane). She married Scott Jacobs, who was living in 1898 and also a Creek Freedmen and they had two children John Jacobs 2 years old at the time and his enrollment No.was #4821 and Osborn Jacobs 2 months old at the tme they enrolled his No. was #4822.
