They enrolled on October 1898 at the Henryetta Post office in Indian Territory. Rachael's father was Britain Grayson and her mother was Jane Grayson (married name for Jane). She married Scott Jacobs, who was living in 1898 and also a Creek Freedmen and they had two children John Jacobs 2 years old at the time and his enrollment No.was #4821 and Osborn Jacobs 2 months old at the tme they enrolled his No. was #4822.
