In correction to your previous post, the 'two persons' are Creek descendant who are suing in the Creek Courts. The Creek Tribal Court did not postponed their case, the attorneys representing the two petitioners asked the Court to be postponed until August. It was nothing more. The Court is giving the attorneys the time needed to properly prepare and to familiarize their firm with Muscogee Laws and Rules of the Court. Terry in all fairness, the Creek Court could have easily rejected the attorneys request and move forward with this case knowing that these attorneys are green to Muscogee Law. I am watching this case like a Hawk.
