I guess the next step in this, as the "battle" (lack of a better word) continues.
Since a lot of us were waiting on the outcome of this suit for basis of precedence, now that this is not being appealed and has been shown that treaties are paramount, what does that say regarding the remaining four of the FCT?
This suit right now only affected the Cherokee, but if the same stance for treaties is to be applied for the other four, would another set of individual suits need to be files to enjoin the other 4 individual tribes?
as stated before, the fight goes on..
