The site, once known as Footnote.com is now known as Fold3.com. (However, typing Footnote.com will automatically take you to the new site anyway.)

The focus of Fold3, is now primarily military records, however, when you "Browse" the collections you will see a category called Non-military records. Click that category and then select "Native American" and then select "Dawes Cards" or "Applications".
