I've recently learned that Footnotes was acquired by Ancestry.com. I have never searched under Footnotes, actually. Interested in looking up application jackets but am wondering where exactly that is? Do I search under ARC or NARA for the link? I cannot find it under Ancestry.com

Hopefully, the jacket application info/images are digitized there. Am I correct in that assumption?
