A couple of questions here...

I know the terms of the 1866 Treaty with the Cherokee is slightly different (possibly due to reorganization) than the other treaties of the FCT. But do the Treaties with the three remaining tribes (Chickasaw, Choctaw, and Seminole) have similar terms?

I ask, because it seems like the same or similar lawsuit could be filed against those tribes as well.

Finally, how does this affect the application for federal recognition of a Freedmen band of Muskogee (Creek) Indians?
