Utilities Department, For a good number of years.
My Mother,Eileen Conner,My Step Father Carl Conner,Brother in law JD Williams, an Uncle V.P. Hamors all worked under his supervisory leadership.

I have a cigarette lighter that was
with him as he went about his tasks
during his WWII service,monogramed with his initials .

It resides with a WWII photo of LT COL George M Hubbard,posing with his aircraft,and wearing his flight
clothing.
I have wondered of the tales that could be told,if the lighter could only speak..
