Hello All,

A lawsuit has been filed in the District Court of Washington D.C. against those who refuse to keep the tenents of the 1866 treaty(i.e. Creek Officals and the B.I.A.). Without just cause the Creek Nation Officals in 1979 violated the 1866 treaty by resending the Freedmen's citizenship. A group of Freedmen in California are organizing a force to overturn this discriminatory action.

The Lawsuit can be amended to include your name as part of this historical event. We need for you to step up to the plate and reclaim your God given rights.
