I checked that I am American Indian and placed the UKB as my primary tribal affiliation. The Freedmen, though not fully enfranchised yet, should put Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma or whichever their tribal government might be, because that is their primary tribal affiliation. Just because Jim Crow didn't allow blacks full participation they didn't stop being Americans.
