Re: George Bruner
In Response To: George Bruner ()
Here's some info. from my notes on Geo & Phyllis Bruner, plus family members.
Geo Bruner (bef. 1810) is reportedly the brother of Ben and Joseph Bruner. He died bef. enrollment, but Ben, abt. 1818 (AL), is assoc. w/ the CB Band of the Seminole and bef. June 22, 1900 in the Seminole Nation. Ben's "owner," John Jumper. Joseph Bruner, abt. 1820 (AL) married Dinah (nee ?), abt. 1835 Arkansas Territory; their children: Scipio, Jona, Peter, Mary and Jerry; all were born abt. 1855-1872.
Geo's dau Hagar (abt. 1828, Crk Nation, AL) was by Dinah (bef. 1813)(Bruner?). According to the Campbell Index, Hagar died bet. 1900-15.
Geo had Polly (abt. 1833), Mollie (abt. 1838) by Phyllis. There's also another, another dau or gdau?, Dinah (abt. 1852, aka Dinah Greyson/Grayson).
There's a lot more, but I must run to an appt. In the meantime....
