My Cherokee roots have been traced back to 1792. He was my great, great, great, great, great grandfather. From there I can trace all the way down to my grandfather, who was 1/4 cherokee. My mother was 1/8th and I am 1/16th.

What information can you give me regarding my rights, as well as my cousins (all of our parents are now deceased).
