I believe if you refer back to the rhetoric which came out of the Smith camp from the getgo and the posturing of one wannabe spokesperson aka Mike Graham that one and all just chose to believe what they wanted to believe as opposed to what you among others did and do know and understand to be true...

You simply don't violate federal laws and presume you can get away with it just because of that person's misconceptions as regards who is in the white house at the moment:

Instead the other party controls the two houses of their congress again...
