Anyone who the tribe attempts to throw out should form a class action and sue the tribe for defamation of character, fraud, racketeering and obtaining public assistance by false pretenses for using those peoples names and identities for federal funding, et al for all these years. They had better start immediately, since alledgedly there seems to be a plan in the U.S. to join with Mexico and Canada under the North American Union with a currency called the Amero. Perhaps this, if successful will erode the sovereignty as it exists now, anyhow.

These individuals should also apply for recognition as their own indigenous tribe since they have already been federally recognized by the sheer reciept of funding on their behalf by the Cherokee Nation. Furthermore, what about DNA tests that will prove there are many more natives than realized with higher blood quantums. The technology is already here and it is just a matter of time.
Stop the fraud and greed, everyone looses in the end.
The Cherokee should be happy to have all the citizens that qualify. They should honor and respect their people so that the rest of the world will too.
