Under the clan system the black male/female are eliminated from citizenship, but what about the mixed blood, the nation is refusing to accept its own Indian people and this is so wrong (uncivilized)?

Under sovereignty, the nation can bend it laws (clan system), be unfair, change laws to suit it's own purpose at anytime. For example, the white woman with NO clan is protected by her spouses' clan so she is granted full citizenship rights. The black male also had a clan (what about his mother/grandmother) to pass on to his children, (no consideration). His children kicked out of the nation.

Can't the nation(s) see how wrong they are? I can.

Also, I did order the book "Ties that Bind," and will be getting it hopefully Saturday. Of course, I will have comments.
