To whom it may concern,

Dear staff and representatives of Arizona Newspaper, and greetings to all. I am writing in sincere regards to the upcoming promotion of Rodeo / Pow Wow Special Event occurring on May 26th May 28th 2007 to be held at the Prescott Rodeo Fairgrounds located in Yavapai County, Prescott, Arizona. We the representatives, elders, students, staff, local and distant communities throughout the United States need your assistance, suggestions, and recommendations involving this festivity.

Due to shortages in finances, we currently are seeking sponsorship donors, as well as volunteers to host this grand event. We intend to make these events spectacular, thus successful for periodic events and long-term future events as well. Your pledge and assistance would help bring our community and neighboring communities a great source of entertainment, family fun, and tourism, to splendid new heights.

Events such as these, will not only entertain the public, but is also a valuable source of education for the youth in our society. Any amount that you can pledge, assistance, and volunteering would be of great benefit to all of us, and is most sincerely appreciated. Please feel free to contact the lists of elders and representatives below, for sponsorship, pledges, assistance, and volunteering.
