Donald I will check for Rose Steadham.
Again, I will mention in regards to the Old Series cards that the difference in the amount of Indian blood whether it be 1/2 or 3/4 didn't matter at least for the Creek freedmen, the reasoning being, slavery (mother's status).
The Dawes Commission was told according to Creek law to separate the freedmen from the by bloods (two rolls).
The Dawes Commission was about obtaining land so there were land restrictions involved.
The Dunn rolls and the Old Series cards were considered for the purpose of final Dawes rolls and census cards.
