Hi Denise,

Wonderful exercise indeed, it is truly amazing how many of our personal "brickwalls" can be scaled by thinking outside the box. By researching neighboring families of ancestors in census and other types of records it has allowed a glimpse into neighborhood structures, occupations, income levels, military service, religious practices and many other otherwise little known facts about the life-style(s) of my ancestors.
