"Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Agnes Downman, one Negro named Jane
to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Martha Field Walthall, one Negro named
Ritter, to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Mary Archer, one Negro named Priss and
one feather bed and furniture to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I lend unto Edward Archer and William Downman and George Robertson for my
daughter, Elizabeth Moseley, during her natural life and for no other use or purpose
whatsoever one Negro named Pheby and after the death of my said daughter, I give and
bequeath the said Negro and all her future increase to be divided among all her children
then living to them and their heirs forever.

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my grandson, James Robertson, one Negro named Letty
to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my granddaughter, Elizabeth Osborne Downman, one
Negro named Seludy to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give, devise and bequeath unto my granddaughter, Elizabeth Osborne Moseley, one
Negro named Silva to her and her heirs forever, but if my said granddaughter should die
under age or unmarried, then I give the said Negro to my granddaughter, Martha
Moseley, and her heirs forever."
