I think I may have found my GGGgrandfather, Paul Meeres (white), buried in the St. Matthew's Cemetery in Nassau. He was from Eastry, Kent, England and his father was Reverend C.E. Meeres. I just have to confirm this information with my relatives in Nassau.
As for Gramma, I know her American name was Victoria Gilbert, a Watusi slave from West Africa.
