Patrick Jr. was the son of Patrick Smith, Sr, and Eliza.

Patrick Jr., and Ida moved to Washington, DC about 1926. Their son "Thomas" or James Thomas Smith, born 1916 was your grandfather. Madeline, and Alexander were/are your grand aunt, and uncle.

Patrick Jr.'s sister Virdie, married into the "Steptoe" family.
