My Great-great-grandfather was born on July 4, 1845 in Oklahoma. His name was Thomas Henry Wiley. After the abolishment of slavery he changed his name to Joe Thomas Wiley. He had 13 or 11 children. 4 were born prior to 1865. All children were born in Georgia. If anyone has any information on the Wiley's please contact me.
