I am researching the people who were slaves at the Bremo Plantations in Fluvanna County, Virginia. Their owner was named Gen. John Hartwell Cocke.

In particular, at this point, I'm interested in finding any information I can about a gentleman named Primus Randall and his wife Lucy Nicholas.

I have some information, including birth and death dates, as well as information about some of their children and grandchildren (mostly from a book entitled Dear Master by Randall Miller), but I have not been able to track their lineage past Emancipation.

If you have any information about these individuals, I would be glad to know it. I can also gladly provide you with what information I have about them.
