I have just received some things from MO that may be of interest to people who are far along enough in their research to know that their ancestor was traded by someone by the name of Bernard M. Lynch, a slave trader from St. Louis.

Specifically, I have copies of receipts for sale of slaves from Peter D. Papin to Joseph Papin. The slaves names were Levi, Lise and Harris.

Also have copies of receipts concerning transactions with the following slave owners:

Victoire Labadie
Davis Waddle
H.R. Gamble
S.P. Sublette
