Kim-its been months since i've been on this site but i would like the info you have on the eatons my gggggrandfather Robert Eaton has been difficult to find before 1870 I cannot find him before the 1870 census because he was older in this census i'm sure he was a slave owned by someone in the eaton family the challenge is what white eaton owned him. There seem to have been many white eatons near henderson which is roberts hometown at the time of the 1870 census any info you can send me will help
