Thanks for the info on William Eaton. I reviewed the will and there was alot of information but we concluded that William Eaton's slaves were given to either one or both of his sons Thomas and Charles Eaton. We looked in the Granveille Gen Web and was unable to find any will for Thomas or Charles. Do you know or have you seen will from these two individuals. If so I can look for my great great great grandfather's (Robert Eaton) parents. I am still serching census' and marriage and death certificates for Robert Eatons parent(s) names but I have been unsuccessful. I really appreciate the help and I will keep searching.
