need help looking for my ancestors named robert and sarah eaton. I found them on us census but loose them around 1880. I stumbled on an article where archeologist found remains of african american slaves that were on a plantation called the eaton estate in warren or vance county north carolina. I am unable to find any names of eaton ancestors (white) who may be descendants of the eaton slave owners. Please contact me if you have any info.
