Hello Ed Adams, I greatly appreciated your reply and information.
I did not go to a Georgia court house to retieve the Will of
Phillip Brown. I got lucky and found someone who initially
thought that his family were descendants of Philip Brown. At
the time of his research he manage to get a copy of the Will
of Phillip Brown.
I have some research that I have to do for him and once I have
it completed. I will send it with a request if he have access to
someone who could check the courthouse for Distribution of Property.
Worst case it will just have to wait for when I plan a trip to
Georgia. I am attempting to gather as much information that I can
while at home. My goal is to use my time in Georgia wisely for
research that I will be unable to do once returning home.
