Found a LuLu Napper who married Bird Menefee on January 15, 1900 - His parents were Stephen and Harriett Menefee and her parent is listed as Maria Woods She was 37 and a widow and he was 38 and single

- also found in wills and deeds here in Franklin County the following slaves:

Owner: April 29, 1805 - Robert Napier - slave inventory: Jesse, Sarah, Judith & Joe and then on June 2, 1806 - he gives them to his wife Elizabeth - but Joe will go to his son Valentine.
